Refund Policy

This policy applies only to Creator Kit loaner damage deposits. It does not describe refunds for contest entries or other purchases.

Returned kits

If you return the kit without damage, your damage deposit is refunded. If the kit is damaged while in your care, R.A.C.E. retains the deposit only if R.A.C.E. files an insurance claim. If no claim is filed, the deposit is refunded.

Lost kits

If the kit is lost and is not returned, the damage deposit is retained. No insurance claim decision is required for a lost kit.
